COMMUNITY FLU CLINICS ARE NOW OVER FOR THE 2011 SEASON

 

If you still need a flu shot, please visit your health care provider OR our weekly Wednesday immunization clinic - click here

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • If you live in a District community and still need a flu shot, please visit your local health care provider.    

  • In order for a child to be immunized, they must be accompained by a legal guardian. Please contact a nurse at 625-5971 with any questions concerning this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
